WorkLink Internship Program

We counter the traditional internship model which places young people in businesses without support, with a model designed to save employers time and money, costing them the grand sum of $0.

The program places a person with disability (aged 15 to 30) in your business alongside a dedicated Skills Development Coach. During the 2-year program, the coach acts as the conduit between employer and intern, ensuring your business optimises its resources while offering a meaningful pathway to employment for a person with disability.
